Kyle and I met up at Big Bear this weekend and after two weeks apart it was of course beyond great to be together!

Life is life, and one thing we did have to share though was some sad news from Momma Dora. Her beloved dog companion Nikki has been diagnosed with an aggressive cancerous tumor in her lung, that has also already spread to her bones and lymph nodes. Poor Nikki, poor Momma. 🙁

We knew something like this would happen. Life happens and we just have to hope we all stay as healthy as possible during this journey.

So after Dora had shared that news with Kyle we did what I’d come there to do: we gabbed and drank wine and ate well and played scrabble did laundry and the rest…is none of your bees-wax!

What I will tell you now though is that I’ve gotten a TON of new video and photos from Kyle’s journey over the past two weeks, so I’ll be busy putting that together so you can follow along in more detail. There’s a lot of cool stuff to share, so be forewarned and keep looking for new posts!
